Welcome to Our Fuchsia Society

With monthly meetings, an annual show and talks and demonstrations around the county our aim is to enthuse everyone about Fuchsias, which are immensely popular throughout the UK and which thrive in our county of Cornwall.

Our lively and friendly meetings are held at 7:30 pm on the first Thursday of each month except January at Camborne Science and International Academy (TR14 7PP). We have talks and demonstrations from many authoritative speakers on a wide variety of Fuchsia and gardening related subjects, as well as talks and cameo slots from our own members. New Members and Guests are always welcome.

The highlight of the year is undoubtedly our annual show. It is held on the first Sunday in August also at Camborne Science and International Academy. It is run broadly under British Fuchsia Society (BFS) rules and judged by British Fuchsia Society accredited and national judges. It has become the single Greatest Display and Show of Fuchsias in the South-West and the level of participation, entries and variety of plants is unsurpassed even by most national shows.

If you would like more information about the Society or you have a question about Fuchsias please drop us a line by clicking here.  We would love to hear from you, even if it is just to say "Hello" or "Hi", and of course we are nosey so would like to know who you are and where you are from!
